We partner with Temecula Coffee Roasters in California and also Old Chicago Coffee Co to roast and ship our coffee. Both roasters do a stellar job at providing the freshest coffee in the universe. Every order is roasted the day of the order. Whole bean is roasted and shipped the same day. Grounds are roasted the day of the order and shipped the next day to allow for proper off gassing before sealing. This is why our shipping is typically 5-7 days. It takes a whole team to provide the freshest coffee in the universe!
